Training for the Lazy

Hello!

Just a little update on what I have planned for you. I know it seems to be a running theme right now that I’m the kind of blogger that doesn’t post all that often, but trust me, I am working on that.

I don’t live a crazy adventurous life (only in my head – sigh) right now, so I feel like I don’t have a lot on the table to offer you guys. I’m transitioning right now from a lazy blob (def – literally like gloop on the chair – if you don’t know what that is, I can’t help you!) to what I hope to become, which is an Olympic athlete (I’m just pulling your leg, who’s going to believe that!?).

Let’s be real though.

This is going to be a long slog up hill (up the rock? heheh) and it’s going to take up a lot of my time, but I want people to see my journey. I want people to be inspired by what I am trying to do, and feel motivated by the gains they will witness and believe, for once, that it’s not completely unrealistic of achieving a healthier lifestyle. For all you lazy folk out there, this is for you!

So I am working on plans right now, laying down the framework (and waiting for my bloody SD card to arrive in the post) and getting myself fitter, and so happier. But mostly because I want to climb ALL OF THE BOULDERS!
